A fun-filled night of cooking to create a Brazilian dinner for six with Paul Aparicio from the Love INC Board of Directors. Paul is an ordained minister who loves to cook. He is very active in the cooking portion of the Nutrition & Cooking 101 class for our Transformational Ministry program. The food on the menu will be furnished and will include: caipirinha with lime and Brazilian rum drink, pao de queijo cheese bread, picanha smoked steak, fejioda black bean stew with pork and rice, collard greens cooked the Brazilian way, and farofa side dish of cassava flour. Ending the dinner will be Brigadeire, a confectioner's dream known as a Brazilian truffle. Small chocolate balls covered in chocolate sprinkles. Delicious!
